Research Vision
In our lab, we subscribe to the research philosophy of "Application Driven Basic Research". We believe ground breaking technologies are most efficiently enabled by progress in understandings of the basic physics and inventions of new tools. Currently, we conduct fundamental fluid dynamics research in three inter-connected areas with applications in maritime engineering and respiratory flow:
